ever since the build was finished about 4 months ago, i just drive it around the block and come back. not alot to do to it, thinking of selling it for about 5k.

tightened my drive belts (no more squealing alternator belt!), changed a flat tire, and took out the instrument cluster trying to figure out my speedometer problem, came up with nothing, put it back in and it worked just fine on the drive home. go figure!

now I just have to replace the TPS, ISC, rear defrost, put a block heater in...

it never stops does it? LOL

Removed my Exhaust manifold to install a ghetto Manifold to Turbo gasket until one can be ordered and come in Saturday. Fml. Stuck at home on Thanksgiving weekend.

So today I go out to fire the piece of shit up, and It does the same thing It did before i put in a new fuel filter and new fuel pump. Sputter and cough twice before firing weirdly. So I guess It may be the cts or It has gunk in the fuel lines or something. So another day of wrenching.......dooo daa doo daa dooo:rocks::rocks:chrysler is great!! doo da dee da doo!!:rocks:ROFL

(the chrysler sux song):toobad:

Sandblasted and then took apart my calipers. Cleaned everything up and started painting them. Already starting to look just like brand new except a different color. Blue.

Carbon fiber wrapped my gas lid. Made myself carbon fiber fog light covers! Next will wrap door step in carbon fiber and paint valve cover flat black or that nice candy purple color.
Also find where the heck the leak is from cause when it rains my passenger back floor is flooded.

had a speedo prob last week check and make sure the plug is on the speedo sensor all the way min had came loose and then popped off, before it came all the way off, my speedo would show random speeds and then just drop to 0 and then jump back up to whatever crazy number,
anyway give that a look.
hope you get if fixed

ok I'll look. ever since I took out my cluster and put it back in to check if anything was wrong, it's only acted up once.

it wouldn't be so hard to figure but it speeds up. no jumping around, no dropping to zero, goes up and down linear with my actual speed (I know approximately how fast I'm going by my rpms), it just shows 1.5 times my real speed.

Fixed an exhaust leak, fixed my squeaking FMIC from metal on metal contact, removed power steering cooler, re mounted FMIC. I also made a cold air duct from Lowes Racing Department

I tried rivets but none of them were working so I had to resort to bolts. All that was used was ducting, wall vent duct, and a hose crimp for the top where it enters under the hood. I'd say it was about $20 or so.

Lowes racing dept.... Lulz. That was a good idea, and looks functional, maybe add some type of screen to go over the foglight hole for a racier look., It will cover the bolts and make it look clean.:hellyeah::rocks:

Today im supposed to take off 2 rims and take them down to a used tire shop to find some replacements that will be suitable, then I have to order a fuel pressure regulator of ebay because they are 95 dollars at auto zone..doo dee daa dee doo.....chrysler parts are expensive....doo dee da dooo. arrg.
My father in law was looking in my engine bay and said. "Why are there chrysler parts on this engine?" I said "because Its made by chrysler" he was like WTF? I said..."its complicated"
Lulz.

As phenomenally ghetto as that is.. I like it!

Today I took my Exhaust manifold off for the 3rd time in 2 days and replaced Every gasket possible. Started the car, STILL leaking. I waited for it to cool, covered it in suds, unplugged my fans, and started it. BAM. Leak right in the center of the tubular meet that goes to the flange. While Looking for a stock 2G mani, I'll be filling that gap with weld. ;D

Thanks Kei, that's what I like to hear minus the ghettoness haha. Wasn't too hard at all.

The 4G63 is but he has a 420A, which is a Chrysler engine.

Ahh yes. The 420A. after owning a few of these, i have realized, I dont like chrysler. i already hated chrysler. I actually didnt know much about dsm's until i owned a few. If I knew it was powered by a chrysler engine i wouldnt have bought it. (them). After realizing dsm's cant swap engines, I decided never to own a dsm non turbo again. :) (well maybe, i did make almost 3 grand in 3 weeks flipping them)
So, today I go out to look at the pretty piece of shit. And its gone. Oh yeah. I sold it last night for 1800 dollars more than i paid for it. Homeboy took the rims I just bought for it and the gst rims.
So, now i must decide without emotion whether a gst is a good buy for me or whether I should stay away from the dsm game.
thanks for the fun.
