want to upgrade my muffler

Hello everyone. I am thinking of upgrading my muffler withe a Borla muffler. I love the sound of a Borla muffler on a BMW, even my VW Jetta sounds good with one. Anyway, I was searching for the Borla Pro Xs muffler with dual tip, seems like they do not make this muffler with 3" outlet. The only thing I can find is 3" inlet & 2 1/4 outlet. Would the 2 1/4 outlet be a problem on a turob car running 3" exhaust?

You say that it has dual tips right? Well if so, that would be fine with two 2 1/4" tips, as it should flow fine. (2 1/4 + 2 1/4 = 4 1/2) I'm not sure what the internal construction is, but I bet it would flow just fine for you with a nice sound.

Dual outlets should flow just fine. Is the borla xs muffler a straight through design? If it sounds good to you I would probably run it even if it was a slight loss in flow.
