want to upgrade my intercooler

i want to upgrade my intercooler, i work for gm and was able to obtain a front mount for a cobalt ss.. it looks like one of our race kits i just have to get piping for it.. question is would i notice a difference from the stock?

That really depends on a multitude of other things, including the design and size of the new core.

You might get some pressure drop with a stock turbo.
