2G Ticking noise

I took the valve cover off and everything looks fine. What could it be? It doesn’t sound like lifter tick

How does the oil look?

I'm sorry, that does NOT sound like rod knock at all to me. Rod knock would be a constant low frequency knock knock knock knock that would be at the same speed as the engine- would speed up and slow down only as the rpms change. That sound is way too high frequency, and changes several times- it goes away about one second into the video, then changes to 2X the frequency about half way through. I suggest popping the hood and trying to get at least some bead on where the sound is coming from. Eliminate the fan, the accessory belt area, it sounds like you have already eliminated the lifters, so I am assuming it is coming from the inside the block. IF it is definitely a noise from inside the block, I agree, don't run it- pull the timing covers and make sure everything is right there, and maybe drop the oil pan. How does the oil look- any metal flakes, shavings, etc?

If the car is auto, I would also check loose or contacting sign on the flexplate/torque converter bolts or something around there.
