Ticking noise

Hey guys, im getting a strange ticking noise from my (front) passenger fender. What could be causing this?

I can hear it loud when im down by the passenger front wheel.

ticking when you are driving? or when it is sitting there idling..... if it is only when you are driving, then maybe something is sticking out and it "ticks" when the wheel hits it.. if it does it when it is idling and isnt moving, then it is beyond me..
