So I am curious as who rocks tan int and likes it! Does anyone actually like the tan interior? My personal opinion, tan int is but ass ugly and which is why my car is under black int swap.

I like it on certain cars, it all depends on the exterior color.

I like the Tan interior if it were in a red colored or even black exterior 2g. Other than those two colors, in my opinion, just doesnt look right. Wish i had it in my 2G, i have the tacky gray interior :toobad:

I'll take the tan parts if doesnt want them. I love it on black, or that reddish purple burgundy color. Damn 95 gray interior, so effin bland. Of coarse all black is just sick looking, still the most favorite interior of any car I've ever seen.

I L-O-V-E my bright pink and purple interior. I'll have to take some pics. Tan is ugly.

Tell me about it! LOL. I really want the 97+ black interior. It's a great color scheme. But, ive got to finish with my build and then go on from there.

I love black upper dash and tan lower in pretty much every car.

As for all tan it can look fine in some cars, I find it's good looking in forest green cars, dark red cars and black cars, some white cars and dark silver cars but besides that I usually hate it.

The worst is tan in tan car imo, that's what I had in my Mazda protege until I swapped to a black interior.

I absolutely love the tan interior in my 92, mainly because it goes so well with the maroon exterior but also cause i dont see that many tan leather 1Gs. And i just got my seats re-wrapped and put butt warmers in them also :thumb:

I hate it.

I've already covered up the majority of it in my GS with black seat covers, black floor mats, and I even replaced the hatch cover with a gray one because it made me sick to look into the hatch window and see a brown hatch cover.

I've done most everything in my power to make my mind believe the interior is not diarrhea-brown aside from going apeshit inside the car with a couple cans of gray fabric dye and vinyl paint.

I like my tan/black interior, I don't really understand why everyone hates it so bad. Brings a lot more character to the car in my opinion. My car is black though, so that helps.

Compare it to my sister's grey talon interior, which again in my opinion, is pretty dull.

1G and 2G are totally different. I have no 2G opinions except that a bright red 2G GSX with tan leather and a high-rise spoiler is drool-inspiring sick. Personally, after over 15 years, I don't feel quite right anywhere except the inside of a grey-interiored 1G. However, a black 1Gb with a tan leather interior is a beauty-full sight. Very classy. It works real good with any red, too.

Tan-leather 1Gbs did usually have a grey, not tan, dash, though. Also, a tan-dashed 1Ga, when the exterior is any kind of light silver and/or gold, works for me. It really makes it a period-piece from the past. It's so... "Members Only", so '80's.

I see so few of them that sometimes I think I dreamt it, but didn't they have a blue interior at some point with the early 1Gs?

When I finally buy a 1G AWD to keep as my own, I'm holding-out for a 1Gb Laser, metallic Maroon, with a grey dash, and black leather seats. MHO.
