I have the tan and it does not wear well, I'd rather have they grey......
Here is mine. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I have the tan interior, wish I had the grey. Could be worse though, could be porno red.
Tan is the easiest color to keep clean.. Black is the toughest.. I have Grey now, with some accented black pieces and its not too bad to keep clean.. But when clean black looks the best, but thats for all of a day..
BW how much did you cut off that shifter? Also what radio is that again?
I didn't cut it at all. I bought a stock weighted shift knob from a dealership (out of a galant I believe) and put it on the stock shifter.
Radio is a Pioneer cd/dvd receiver, I would have to check what model it is though.
This thread makes me debate swapping my black/tan interior for full black.
You know, a purple GST with black/tan interior is just sitting at a local junkyard..
I bought the weighted OEM one too and it didn't make the height of mine that short. Hopefully this B&M will.

Mine is the stock shifter that came with the car and the shift knob I got from my local Mits.

Got a pic of it installed?
