Switching to sd and wondering if I can use my Map sensor for my apex electronic boost controler?

don't think your factory mdp sensor will read past 1-2psi

Most likely it's not going to work well. I know the MAP sensor from the AEM Tru Boost (brass body) is not meant to be used for such a critical thing as SD. They make another sensor (stainless steel body) that is recommended.

The sensors not made for SD don't log properly and aren't precise enough to tune with. I'd recommend getting something that is proven.

Then that cable. You can just use the setup that ecmtuning sells. A lot of people are using it. Its not that expensive either.

Omnisystem makes some great sensors. They even have one that will bolt up into the stock mdp location.
