Stuck in 3rd Gear!!

Havent really ran across a problem like mine. My trans is either stuck in 3rd or 4th. Whats weird though is, the car will run and drive fine in 3rd and 4th and also actually drive with the gear shift in neutral. I'm not able to put the shifter in any other gear besides 3rd 4th and neutral while driving. The trans wont let me put it in 1st, 2nd, 5th or reverse obviously while driving. As if the synchros are keeping it from engaging. With the car at a stand still, while the car is still running, im able to put the car in any gear I want but the car will not move. As if maybe its still stuck in 3rd or 4th but also is engaging the other gear at the same time.

Clutch works fine, engages and disengages as usual.

What the hell is going on?

The 3-4 shift fork is broken.

Basically the shift fork breaks and the shifter isnt able to pull it out of the gear?

The roll pin that holds the fork to the rail, breaks the bottom of the fork, and can't pull it back out of 4th.
