Strange Idling / Rough Idle

142,XXX miles I did the head and valve job , new timing belt , new water pump , new pulley , brand new engine mounts , alternator belt and all that package. Right as she turned on after the engine was taken care of the power steering pump started making grinding noises and the sterring felt very stiff obviously i looked in and saw the fluid was dipping low so I topped it off and then it started foaming and spit everything out so I guess i'll need to change my power steering pump (or is it something else like a loose hose or somethng?)

Alls good so far until recently she is giving me trouble starting and idling...she starts right up but then resists to continue and then again comes back to 1000rpm mark and keeps fluctuating sometimes sounds like a bike when its idling that exactly how it sounds! Like a 1000RR or something that is idling...

I used carburator cleaner to clean the intake , sprayed it on and wiped it out it was all blackish now its all silver color looking good but that didnt solve the problem either...I dont know whats wrong I'm thinking about cleaning the mass airflow sensor will that help?

has far as the idle i would try and adjust the BLISS screw and i dont but i think im hearing a miss fire im not sure but hold a bill across the muffler if it sucks in its a missfire i learnd that that trick the other day
