Strange idling problem

I have a 91 car that has a odd problem.
It always wants to randomely miss at idle, as well as once its warm. It wants to run lean and die. Car is on a hacked 1g maf and nothing for tuning. Still on stock injectors too. Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Unplug your injectors one at a time. See if you notice a change. If you get the same result with each cyl then check the standard: BLT, base idle & timing and try a non hacked MAF.

It doesnt have a surging idle. Just a dead miss every 6 or so seconds. When the car warms up it wants to run lean and die, but will restart instantly. Car has been on a hacked maf for months and it has never caused problems.
