Idling problem.

So. My eclipse is having issues idling, but only when I first start the car when its cold. Once it is started, if I rev the car even at 1k for 15-20 seconds and then take my foot of the gas it idles fine.

I haven't changed anything recently with the car, one day it just starting having issues. It sounds like an iacv to me, but I was hoping for some more opinions since those damn things arent cheap.

Oh and btw, once it idles on its own, the idle will stay constant.

Another thing. The car will not fast idle when cold.

Have you check your BISS screw?

usually the pressure causing the RPM's do jump around,
well mine did.

But who knows, it could be an adjustment.
But i'm not sure if weather would have any place in this.

Thought I'd give you guys an update. Turns out it was the isc. Tested it with a multimeter and one of the coils was shorted. Replaced it last night, and car starts and idles/fast idles just fine. BISS screw was really loose too.
