Idling problem

another situation that I have is my car will not stay idle. I have checked hoses and I dont know what is going on. I hate sitting at the light and car idling is up and down constantly. I was told it was the throttle position indcator....Replaced that and then I have did and intake leak test........Nothing......Any pointers

If your sure your ISC is good check your EGR if that is also good you may want to look at rebuilding your throttle body.
