So thoughts guys I can't seem to get off the crank oil pulley off I have used a ton of stuff and it just won't budge. I am at the point of it can't be stuck if it's a liquid LOL. But if anyone has ideas that have worked to remove it I could hear it out

Be careful easy to break the sprocket and they are discontinued.



 
The links that Steve shared pretty much have you covered. It's a nice feeling if you can remove it without damaging it. Use some penetrating oil and heat if you need to. Your sprocket looks to be in great shape so hopefully you can reuse it.
