Spring seats stuck

Anybody ever had trouble with spring seats not wanting to come out? Got them all out but 6 using a magnet. But the six that are left I can’t budge.

Try using a 90* pick to pull up on them.

There probably is oil between the seat and head and the film strength is sticking them. Once the film strength is broken with the pick they'll come right out with the magnet

I agree. Probably oil keeping it stuck to the head.
