1G Spark plugs wires keep popping off coils

i have a 93 talon NT, just replaced the plugs and wires but one wire keep coming off... what could possibly cause this to happen?

Spark plugs not torqued correctly 15-21 ft-lbs
Head stripped from not torquing correctly allowing exhaust gasses to push it up.
Cheap Spark plug wires.
Cheap spark plugs.

Plugs are torqued correct 100% (unless my torque wrench is f***ed) I’ll double check with another wrench now though to verify.

And the plugs and wires were the best I could buy from Napa.

Also I should mention the wires aren’t popping off the plug end, but rather the distributor side....

the wire probably just needs to be pushed into the boot a little

Sounds like bullshit wires. The coil side should click like the spark plug side. If they don’t, order a new set. NGK is the OEM supplier but Taylor or Magnecire I haven’t had issues with for years. I work at a shop and see a bunch of aftermarket parts that don’t fit all the time. Essentially every parts store likes pushing the junk when you can find OEM or OEM supplier parts that actually last and actually work for longer than a year if that.
