i have a 93 talon NT, just replaced the plugs and wires but one wire keep coming off... what could possibly cause this to happen?

Plugs are torqued correct 100% (unless my torque wrench is f***ed) I’ll double check with another wrench now though to verify.Spark plugs not torqued correctly 15-21 ft-lbs
Head stripped from not torquing correctly allowing exhaust gasses to push it up.
Cheap Spark plug wires.
