Plugs and Wires

I am in the process of dropping a motor in my car its a stock 6 bolt. I have the mods lested in my sig. I was wondering what plugs and wires to go with. I am also going to put new tranny fluid and seals in. any recommendations?

NGK wires are a upgrade from stock, 40 bucks great for our cars, i rarely see anything esle.

i run the ngk br6s there a good plug and as far as wires ngk wires are ok also i went to coil on plug

You want either BPR6es or BPR7es depending on how much boost you're trying to run. 6 is the stock value and 7 for ~20psi or more as they are designed to dissipate heat more quickly which is applicable for higher combustion temperatures.
