Heres one pic i got for now, i know my buddy and a few others got some more shots.

The conditions were less then favorable, over 90 degrees my pos venom intake manifold cracked again and i could not 60ft with the BFGS (old 225/50/15) without wheel hoping so i was cutting mid 1.7s to low 1.8s

Best pass was 10.7@136 i left the car full interior, with better air, fixed manifold i can see 140 happening.

I will need to fix the tire situation.

As usual car was driven to and from the track :)

Has anyone have problems with Venoms like this before? unless mine is a fake this is about the 3rd time it cracked on me.:banghead:
 
Am I seeing things or is that some excessive rear camber? Could just be a "just launching" picture however.

10.7 with a cracked IM isn't bad at all in my book LOL
 
Ya mid launch LOL 10.7 is the 60ft problem the manifold is going to help me gain a little ET with lag but MPH more importantly.
 
sick pic, what hotside are you using?? How many lbs of boost were you on those passes, also, how much power did the car make? I have hx40 7 blade billet turbo wit a t3 bep hotside plus a hole bunch of top of the line supporting mods, goals are this year to trap 140 and brake 10.5 on a 245/50/16 drag radial..
 
I have the same holset setup as you, boost im not sure unfortunately did not log and i don't think it was holding the proper boost with a cracked Intake manifold. i should be running a good better in the next coming weeks. stay tuned.

Car is currently street tuned so no hp#s
 
Super sweet pic! Nice traps, I have to step it up and get my car to the track this year befor someone takes my record from me!

Nice, good luck.. Btw those traps are good for low 10"s and even a 9 second pass.. If I was you I'd stiffen up that suspension, get a aligment, and throw a set of slicks on that car. Not to mention drop some weight if you can.. We can have a new hx-40 et record coming up :thumb:

Congrats man... any pics under the hood?? Also are you using a maf or speed density??

He is using speed density through DSMlink. The car is tuned by ASAPerformance down in South Florida. The engine is nothing special at all, but gets the job done;)

I was there and considering how hot it was, you would definitely see 140 with the manifold fixed and some cooler air!!!
 
Is the manifold cracking in the same spot? Consider heat treating post welding and adding bracing across the weld joints.
 
You are still on the soft IC hose? Also, what's the piece that's in the middle of the picture all the way to the left? It looks green, black, and red spotted.
 
Bottle ;) not can its my temporary catch can, told you this car is budget, not to much into it.
