Small fog lights in big fog light hole?

okay heres my bumper

i hate the big fog lights so i want to put smaller ones in the big fog light holes but what is the best way to mount the smaller fog lights? once i get the smaller ones in I am going to fiberglass the open parts in the hole but how can i mount the smaller fog lights in the larger fog light holes?

You'll have to build your own brackets to fit the new lights. Shouldn't be too hard.
