2G Shifter bushing sleeve

I was hoping some one could tell me where the bushing sleeve is supposed to go. It is the one that comes with the symborski style metal bushing kit from extreme psi. The two links I found writing up where to install it are both dead. Anybody have this and care to share where it goes?
