Recently after replacing my radiator, my 1g awd dsm has been reluctant to go into a gear occasionally, almost as if the clutch isnt all the way down.
I havent been forcing it into gear, I usually just let off the clutch and try again, then Im able to shift normally.
It just sucks ### I have to baby the car, and shift slowly so I dont mess up the synchros.

The clutch, pressure plate, flywheel resurfaced TOB, SLave Cylinder, Fork, have all been replaced, and maintained fairly recently.

Only thing I could think of it being is the pedal assembly(the clutch pedal does seem to travel more upwards than the rest of my pedals) or the master cylinder.

What Im going to do is just replace both since, it is the last thing that isnt "new" in terms of the clutch and hydrolic system.

So my question is this, if I go through JNZ, and order the pedal rebuild kit, should I just get the bronze bushings even though I am not welding it at all?

Your tranny problems sound exactly the same as mine did. Would take several attemps to get it in gear before itd actually go, lasted 4 days before I had no first and it would just grind when releaseing the clutch. I had the retaining clips for the shifter cables even pop out while driving on me to. Is it just a pain to get into one gear or all of them?
If its just one then I highly highly doubt its your linkage set up it'd be a internal tran problem.

Nah, its every gear, so hopefully thats good news.

Is it easy to rebuild the assembly yourself? And I thought welding wasnt necessary? i really just want it back to stock

Probably your linkage. Could just be your clutch not fully engaging. I know the clutch pedals have a plastic piece that tends to break. You should check the linkage and try adjusting the clutch.
