My fmic is a little different it's a Rev9, I have an ingen intake off a 2g, I'm using a pool hose right now for recirculation. I'm running 22-23 psi and it will not hold it blows off every time, you guys have any suggestions?

I would replace whatever that is with radiator flex hose available at any auto part store. The Injen intake is designed as a smooth surface where the bypass valve connection is. Beading is not necessary.

The radiator hose kinks much like any other hose I've tried. It bends at such a severe angle they just kink and close.

Hence why I suggest radiator flex hose:

There are also those that have made use of spa tubing:

Had this issue with my Blitz recirc BOV and the ETS street kit. It put the BOV way down low so I had to get creative. I was able to piece together a setup from Pegasus Racing consisting of a U bend and straight. Cut to length obviously with a joiner and related clamps. Looks good and holds rock solid. Before that I was going to try some flexible radiator hose. But ADD won that battle and I did it the "right" way imho.

You can use standard radiator hose. My old upper radiator hose is my recirc hose, the upper was like new when I did my silicon hoses.

I've considered just getting another silicon upper hose to use as the recirc hose but it seems like a waste of $30

On the same understandings that others are suggesting, I suppose the same methods of measurement and trimming could be made to pre-molded coolant hose as well if your on a budget.

If you look at some of the other pictures posted you can see that the upper radiator hose has the exact same bends that you need for the recirc hose, and it is the same diameter as the 1g/type S and injen tube. Any oReillys or autozone sells them for about $12 and like you said trim to fit. Before I found my hard piping I considered using premolded hosing for intercooler piping. It would be alot easier if some one just made molded silicon intercooler piping, they don't absorb and retain heat like metal piping does

Plus it doesn't look god awful like that Blu spa hose
