Hey guys just hoping to get some insight on tuning.
I have a 91 eagle talon with a fully built block and 20g turbo, ecm link v3 with some other goodies but a STOCK transmission and drivetrain.

What’s a good launch limit for a stock trans? I really don’t want to have to put a new transfer case in.

What’s a safe rev limit, right now I have it set to 6750rpm. Can I go higher safely?

Also when I’m doing pulls and data logging everything cuts at 5500-6000 rpm I have 850 fic so fuel flow shouldn’t be an issue, someone told me it’s probably a fuel pump issue is this common?

Please understand that I’m 19 and this is my first DSM and my first project car.

Post a log of a pull so we can look at it.

7500 should be a safe RPM limit since that is about what a stock 4g motor is. A truly built motor can go 9000+. I pull mine 9200 but I built it and know how it is put together and with what.

You can see it on this log at the 520 second mark as an example.

Awe shit. :(

If you still have the 3 bolt rear end, I would recommend to upgrade to the 4 bolt rear end first before planning to raise the launch limit or making more power. Probably you would break it before breaking the transfer case. You won't regret it.
