Eagle or Crower for rods, and Wiseco or JE for pistons, are the popular choices for the 420a.

With an appropriate fuel setup and tuning, the 420a's internals can handle around 12-14psi. ~8psi is the safe limit when utilizing a 12:1 FMU for fuel management - which most people use.
