question about rods 1g forge and pistons 2g forge

hello my friend's of dsmtuners i have some questions about how much hp's i have with rods 1g eagle forge and 2g pistons wiseco, i read them i have overside the rod 1 mm for match the piston 2g but i have afraid broke the rod when i have put in the engine a average of 400 hp's or how much is the safety hps + boost

Im not sure if your question is "how much hp can the piston and rod combo hold"? but if it is then the answer is 600ish hp, and with those ARP studs and a dam good head gasket you could push close to 700 possibly more depending on setup.

And with that amount of hp your looking at 30-40+psi

jaja yes that is my question?? thank you very much i hope have 500 hp's in the engine bay making a 2g head and 1g block with this internals. The head gasket is a cometic 1.6 bore 85.5

yep, they have only 1,000 km and putint ouy from a evo 3 with little milage.

ok, i follow your comments and i buy a set of pistons wiseco standar 1g complete kit, now y have a few question??

how much hp and torque can have the cranck 1g OEM over 0.10 with acl bearings 0.10
i can use my used water pump or y need buy a new?
can use the valves OEM if i want have a random of 20-25 psi

my set oh part for my gsx are this:

with this setup can i get 20-25 with any problem

A factory crank can handle a lot. There are people with 700, 800, 900 horsepower on a stock crank.

The reason to buy a new water pump is that it costs 40-50 dollars and it is a pain to get to so you might as well replace it while everything is apart.

The OEM valves are fine to run. No need to upgrade unless you are building a full out race car.

With your setup, you will not be able to get 20-25 psi of boost. You need bigger injectors than 450cc and you need a bigger fuel pump. Also a way to tune the car. A boost gauge, boost controller, wideband, datalogger...

I Don't push eagles and wiseco past 500hp. Those are entry level forged internals. We have a 400 hp gst running on that bottom end running 27 psi on pump and handled it very well. In my opinion Wisecos tend to wear out the bore faster because of the quality of the alloy they use. JE is an overall better piston. Anything higher than 500 Hp I would go with Crower rods and JE pistons, 1000 + hp I use R&R Aluminum rods with a magnus piston . It all depends on money and how serious you wanna go.
