Pte 6152 problems

So I started I my dsm the other day and I noticed that there was oil coming from between the exhaust manifold and turbo as well as the o2 to downpipe gasket. I shut it down and pulled off the turbo and checked the exhaust manifold thinking I might have bad valve seals but nothing. Checked the drain line and saw a little rtv blocking it cleaned it up and reinstalled. Started the car back up and the same thing. I spoke with jusmx who stated it could be a couple of things but I'm reaching out to get other feedback. Thanks in advance. Compression is fine on the motor on 7k on the build. Help a old school dsmr out!

Did you try any of the things that Jusmx suggested first? He knows what he's talking about.
