Here's the progress from a $300 completely blown up talon. Blown turbo, bent valves, grinding tranny and over half the nuts and bolts missing 4 years ago... then a rebuild with bolt on mods and then the build. The new build has been on going for about 2 years now with 6 months of it trying to get everything machined to my satisfaction.

Balanced to within a 10th of a gram

Wiesco Pistons
4 layer mitsu head gasket

Fully ported and polished head

Watch the orientation of the oil drain for the turbo. It appears to be clocked a good amount off vertical. I have seen turbos with center sections clocked like that and they have pushed a good amount of oil through the seals. I really takes almost no restriction in the drain to cause a turbo to push oil. You may be fine but just something to keep in mind. Nice build.

Just went to take it for a test drive and there was no 1st, 3rd or 5th. I just ordered a new shift cable because of the same issue. Any ideas? It is a 1g awd in a fwd if that makes a difference.

Just got back from trying that and yes they do. 1st is useless! :) I noticed that the cable is about 1/2 to long. There is no adjustment on that cable, just the other one. I'm about to take some measurements and refer to this thread:
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/drivetrain-tech/93739-90-shift-linkage-vs-91-94-shift-linkage.html
It appears that were the cables mount on the transmission may to far forwards???

(UPDATE)The bracket that mounts the cables onto the trans was a 1990 style. Changed the bracket and she has all 5 gears.
