Nice im running the anti lag Set up from warren its really nice and cleans up those wires. I did it because I hated the mess and coil relocation Set up. Who knew he's a hour away too.

Yes its old I've had bi issues but now a days I love the option of something different. Coils are over 30 decades old.

No tach could be wiring.

Sounds good that really neat the esp set up I've never seen that before. Really detailed build .

It could be wiring or signal recognition since you most likely switched from a waste spark system to a sequential - you now have to recognize 4 individual spark points. Of course that is assuming it reads like the 2G. But if memory serves the tach is pulled from the hall sensor on the cam for the 1Gs, your ECU is getting something otherwise it wouldn't run (obviously).

Yeah I will play around with the wiring later. For now I will just mount my digital tachometer

Scooped up a billetworkz shift knob. I thought it would nicely accent the interior. It weighs in at 650g, so it’s nice and heavy.

I really like my weighted shift knob (no clue what name, just round, chrome and HEAVY). That compliments the interior NICE!

So was playing around at about 20 psi doing some spirted runs. Maybe revved past 7300 rpm, now she making a noise I never heard before. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds and looks good im still have a quite a bit to sort out with mine, mines still has a lot of issues, not sure about when she will be on the road.

What lash adjusters are you using? It does sound good but then also sounds like the oil is isn't reaching the head as well as it could (i.e. larger bore adjusters). Am I wrong?
Yeah I got it could be failed lifters or a failed timing belt tensioner, crank walk, balance shaft bearing failure. I’m not sure yet. I already have a new spare tensioner, and I just ordered some gsc lifters. We will see what happens.

Good good, sounded rough but also sounded like it was idling fine. Guessing you had an oil pressure drop too (or increase)?
