Hey Tuners,

I'm thinking of tapping into the turbo coolant lines to cool the MVR, if someone has a picture of their setup, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could post it up for me to have a look at :)

Thanks!!!

I've thought about doing it but there isn't much room or locations to tap into a coolant source. I personally don't see the benefit of doing so other than keeping the anodized color of the wastegate.

From what I remember reading TiAL only recommends doing this for road race and extreme use applications. For street duty and drag race applications it isn't really needed. I don't plan on plumbing mine.

*** - Integrated -4 AN water cooling ports that cycle a small amount of coolant through the actuator top to keep the temperatures down in extreme conditions such as road racing. These are leak tested after installation from the factory and can be removed if not utilized. ***

I copied that from their webpage. I can think of three reasons I'd like to water cool my mvr; 1. I do track my car, 2. I bought this wg with the intention to use it's functions thinking it should help prolong it's life, 3. If it does "help" keep it's anodized color by water cooling it, all the better! I don't want the red to turn pink...LOL
