This has nothing to do about the opperation or quality of the Tial wastegate it is more about the v-band clamp and dump tubes. I recently had my car towed on a flatbed due to a minor accident. It was towed due to one of the tires got popped and I wasn't going to drive it to the body shop on the spare. I have a Tial 44mm wastegate and a dump tube that runs to the bottom of the car and sits a little lower than the oil pan. When the tow truck driver was taking the car back off the flatbed the dump tube caught the ground and rotated itself right into my lower intercooler pipe crushing it against the radiator drain valve. It was not completely crushed but quite noticable when driving. Luckily the radiator was unharmed but the lower IC pipe actualy cracked too. It wasn't a big deal to replace it but my point is this: The Tial 44mm wastegate and others that use a v-band clamp should be secured in some way if you have an open dump. Have someone either tack weld it or make a brace so this will not happen to you. It could have been much worse if it had gone through my radiator.

Id probly suggest just making sure dump tubes are routed properly to where they are out of harms way. Really shouldnt go below the crossmember if you dont want the possibility if something grabbing it and or ripping it off.
