piston ring lands, how to detect if they are gone?

Hi,
I want to know how to check for cracked ringlands without tearing apart the block/head? i've heard even with cracked ringlands you can get good compression?

You can get good compression with cracked ringlands....and as far as how to tell without pulling them out, IDK...Nice colt BTW what bumper is that the JDM factory one? Also what or why do you think you have cracked ringlands?

No mine is ok
this is with reference to a friends evo, injected over 80shots dry with 1.7bar boost
did a compression chck and car has 150/140 across the board, dont know its just a feeling so i wantes to know how to diagnose it?
