what can I do about this its all been removed (emissions)

If you are just worried about that code showing up in DSMlink you can uncheck the box for the egr/evap/ect.. and it won't show up anymore.

Go into the DTC's tab and under the Reported DTC's there is a section that says Enable DTC Checks and uncheck the first box that says Evap/EGR/MDP. Of course this is on V3Lite so depending on the version you have it may be a little different.
