oil line for e316g

So I'm putting on my evo III 16g, and I was wondering where to tap into for oil, the head, or the oil filter housing.

I've read that mitsu turbos you should go from the head, and garret turbos for the oil filter housing, but on my parts car that I took the 16g from, there was an oil line coming from the oilfilter housing? I've also read that going from the oil filter housing, you get cleaner oil.

So what would you guys recomend doing?

is that a problem I should worry about?

and how would I block the hole on the head then? just put a bolt in it?
