The middle bottom one can or does go through to the oil drain. seal it up with high temp non-hardening thread sealant. Clean out the threads first to get a good bond. Also check for worn out threads that may need to be helicoiled or alternative.

Permatex #2 has been recommended and is good to over 200C/400F.

The other one, you're certain is not oil belched from the exhaust port itself?

The center bottom exhaust manifold stud is the only one that intersects an oil drain. Just put a little high-temp RTV on the head side of the stud.

PCV valve is baffled inside the valve cover. It's possible for it to pull oil vapor sometimes but shouldn't be much of a "leak."

It leaks on the far left hole leaks and I’m not sure where it’s coming from

Hard to pin-point only by the pic, just trace the leak or use a UV dye leak detection kit.

Oil leak at any location higher than the head gasket, such as from CAS, cam seals, valve cover gasket, etc etc usually go down to the head gasket edge between the block and the cylinder head, and the oil would arrive under the exhaust manifold by going along the head gasket edge due to the engine angle. And then that would make it looked like leaking from around the exhaust manifold.

If you see oil leak under exhaust manifold, most likely it's coming from :

- Valve cover gasket
- Cracked valve cover
- Oil filler cap gasket
- Exhaust cam end seal (half moon seal)
- CAS o-ring or shaft seal
- Cam shaft seals behind cam gears
- Lower middle exhaust manifold stud bolt hole
- Head gasket
- Exhaust valve seals
