O2 Dump Hosuing/Evo III Housing/Eliminator Downpipe

Which one should I get. My plans for this car are VERY VERY fast spool (low end grunt) for track time trials. Im going with a 3" exhaust (no Cat).

Which of these 3 should I get? I already have a Megan racing N1 Muffler.

Ok... please no newbie bashing... my stock 14b has an external wastegate... correct? So I would need to add the external Wastegate flange on it... and I would also need to add the Cat Eliminator option... or can my local muffler shop do that cheaper?

Do I want it Externally dumped?
