Normal oil and coolant temp

Hello guys, I have searched but have not had much luck directly finding the info I need. If I am missing it maybe someone can link me anyway. I want to check vitals on my engine since its pretty old. I'm trying to find what the normal temp for oil and coolant is? and what is the normal oil pressure? I obviously have a n/t 420a with standard bolt ons, magna flow 2.5 cat back, cold air, headers etc.
