basically i save up about $1500 spend on mi 98 gsx i alrdy got full exhuast n kn filter i look at the upgrade path basically go for stage 1 i just want make shure that have everything ryte
this wut basically gonna plan to get

Front n rear Srut bar
evo III big 16g Turbo
Boost Gauge
manual Boost Controller
Greddy Intercooler Pipeing
Hks Bov (yah yah i knoe)
ported Exhuast manifold
255 Fuel pump $105 dsm part
hks Turbo timer

one thing i woried about is greedy ic piping work wit the hks bov and do need intake pipe
how high can i go for boost?

With that set up, I would not go past 12 psi. You need injectors and tuning. If your running a 16g you NEED to be able to tune. Also Try and use proper grammer so we can understand you. Also check, Rule #5: Posting Threads and Replies.
