New to the DSM world, need a little help

Ok so heres what im thinking so far, i was hopeing the first round of mods would come in under 5,000 and it looks like they should.

650cc inj-500 new
FMIC kit- 400-700 new
Turbo- 20g for free basically or if deal falls through buy a 16g or evoIII for 500 new
SAf/SAf2-120 used
190/255 pump(not decided yet)-90-100 new
Possibly cams if i still have 500 bucks left after ecerything else
2gmaf with plug and intake- 75-150 used
manifold- 200-300new
02 housing- prices i saw new were 200-300
exhaust- i would probably spend 400ish
wideband,oil pressure, boost guage-about 400
timing belt-80, water pump 140, filters lets say 60, plugs 50-60, wires i mguessing 50
Boost controller- 80 manual
turbo timer-100
BOV-150
possibly fuel pressure regulator-150


so thats 3440 if i use the free 20g turbo and dont get cams
3940- if i get cams with free turbo
4500- if i get cams and buy new turbo
3940- with new turbo and no cams

Like i said i want everything to come in under 5k until the next tax return/bonus season. So the 4500 with bought turbo and cams doesnt leave me with alot of room for misc parts and problems.

Look at the links I posted.
650cc injectors = $275ish
02 housings = less than 100
cams = $215 x2 = 430 (fp cams)
fp manifold =$199
2g maf is around $50 for the maf itself
punishment fmic = $400

If you are looking to shave a little more money you can find a used 2g exhaust manifold and o2 sensor housing and then port the manifold. The fp manifold/evo 02 housing will flow a little better, but the 2g parts are a nice step up from the 1g parts.

Ohh but to do a proper timing belt job you should replace the belt, the pulleys, and the tensioner, so you are looking at a little more money on that (go with OEM, no autozone parts on this one). For plugs some NGK bpr7es will do just fine and those will only cost you 10-15bucks for a set of 4.
 
275 your right aobut the injectors being cheaper
Cams i put 500, you put 430 a 70 dollar difference is tax and shipping and me just being a little conservative

I put manifold 200-300 because its only 200 until they run out and i wont be buying the parts until april time.

i also put 400 for the frount mount which is exactly what you put.

As for the 2g maf i included the plug and intake in my 75-150 guess because that ebay intake and 2gmaf you sent me wont be around in april.

So really i was only off on the injectors, sorry if this dicussion had any affect to your health:D

Thats basically the one thing that is modded on the car, it has a act 2100 clutch kit. Is that good enough?
 
I believe ACT spec sheet says a 2100 is good for 320ish ft-lbs of torque.

If you are not too hard on the clutch you should be fine with the 2100 with your current planned setup, but with a good tune you should be coming in pretty close to its limits.
 
Since its not a DD i hope it will last until atleast next winter LOL.
