Need help with evo bov

I did search the evo bov merged tread. I just scanned through there and noticed that most of those guys all had 2g's. I just wanted to make sure that this is just a bolt on. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

make it 3 i dislike the 1g bov and love my HKS. To each his own i guess. O and mine doesn't like at all. I've been as high as 32psi.

Guess i'm not the only one in the hks bandwagon.

had the 1st gen for a week crushed untill I got my FMIC system with a real BOV then sold it for 20 bucks.. its only for people that want to go cheap on their cars IMO.. how can anyone justify using something that they hit with a hammer is good for their cars?

I just got the HKS SSBOV V-3 too..

If anyone crushes a 1g bov with a hammer then they are doing it wrong, no wonder you didn't like it. It should be done with a vice and spring pressure should be measured as you go so that you get the right tension.
