2G Need help with bov

Can someone help tell me how the bov is supposed to run. I just got car month ago an I don't think it's hooked up right. I have a greddy eclectic boost controller. But the bov is not moving all the sound I'm getting when I let off gas is coming back through the air filter. Coming from the solenoid is 2 hoses. 1 hose run from side of soloniod to waste gate an the bottom hose on soloniod run to top of bov

One line from the center of the intake manifold and that is all. The BOV should have it's own dedicated line...any other devices which are tee'd into the line can delay the valve's opening / closing ability which effects it's overall function.

So line that runs from soloniod to the top of bov where is it supposed to be ran to

Is your bov/bpv stock? Far as I can see on the bov for 2g, it runs directly to the intake manifold. I can't post a pic from my phone.

Throw a pic up of what you have and some more info.

Posting what mods you have and filling out your profile would be helpful as well.

Do you have the vacuum lines hooked up right if not it won't work properly or if you don't have it adjusted to the right psi it will never open

I got it. Guy I got it from had hose to top of bov going to bottom of the solenoid for boost controller an had the other hose going to the waste gate.. so another dsm person told me to tap in to j pipe run one hose coming from soloniod to j pipe the other hose to waste gate an then hose from the intake to the bov. Now I just gotta figure where to run the hose coming from boost controller at... any ideas

I'm not 100 on this but I think you hook it up to a vacuum line on your intake manifold
