Need Help understanding what to do

I really need help get the car adjusted until i can afford to dyno tune. If someone that knows how to read this log and knows what there doing please help. What do i need to change to get my o2 voltage from jumping around, the car most time when it idles runs lean. thank you

ECMTuning, Inc. Watch all the videos they're very helpful. Your car is in closed loop basically, you can't change an o2 value directly. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/262460-basic-dsmlink-tuning-guide.html this helps as well.
