the mods listed in my profile aren't up to date so ill list everything i think is pertinent here and then explain my problems. attached is a data log of a short 2nd gear pull i did earlier.

Ebay 20g, ported WG opening
MBC @ 10PSI
unknown brand 550cc injectors
unknown fuel pump (believe its upgraded as I've never personally hit fuel cut except for rev limit, even when i had a nasty boost leak with my 14b)
ebay (read: unknown brand with no markings) AFPR set @ 38PSI, vacuum tapped directly into I.M.
MAFT set for stock values (AUX 0 BASE 0) with 3in GM MAF
SAFC 2 set up for Karman, 4 cylinder
Innovate LC-1 WB welded in just behind the oil pan, about a foot before the flex in the exhaust
EPROM ECU with unknown chip (i'm certain its chipped, it has launch control set @ 4500 rpm)
stock TB,stock IM, dejon UICP & elbow, ebay FMIC
recently did a BLT and theres a small leak at the TB, im guessing the seals because the gaskets are new with a light layer of silicone

Im using the SAFC to control fuel while the MAFT is only there to allow me to use the GM MAF.
The problem im getting is i have to pull 28% airflow at idle with the SAFC to get my FTRL near 100 but from 2000 to 7000 im pulling 19% increasing to 15% and my under boost AFR's are sitting nicely between 11.1 and 11.6. My cruise AFR's sometimes tend to be slightly rich around 13.2-13.5, but this only happens occasionally and when it goes back to normal i never see any change in the fuel trims.
In the log it shows my FTRM and FTRH @ 100% because i reset my ECU about an hour before this pull, but normally they would be at 81.2. If i try to lean out the rest of my RPM band past 19% my AFR's climb to mid 12's, sometimes low 13's. On this pull, SAFC settings were 24% at 1k rpm(idle), 18% at 2k and gradually increasing to 15% at 7k and i was seeing 14.4-14.9 @ idle (ECU doing its job) mid 12's between 2k and 3k waiting for spool, and 11.3-11.6 up until i let off at 50mph.
mind you, normally my ECU reads this as pig rich and adjusts mid and high trims to max rich setting of 81.2 and then i start getting phantom knock and it pulls timing like a SOB. I've seen peak lows on TIMA at -10 on some of my old logs which is what is confusing the shit out of me... how can a normally optimum AFR under boost be considered pig rich to the point of phantom knock? and why is my idle settings drastically lower than recommended AND compared to my own cruise/WOT settings?

Anyway, if any of you guys that have been here before could pitch me ideas on where to start making changes or what to look into first it would really help me out cause this thing has me aggravated and my give-a-f@#k for this car is slowly disappearing.

crap, forgot the log... here it is.

yes when you upgrade the injectors u have to tell the ecu so it can regulate, matter of fact you have to tell your ecu of every change, the dsm link is god mode and fixes everything, and you can change the fuel rations and air ratios to turn your own car if need be, un fortunatly my buddy is the master mind with the ecutunning program and actually tunning cars so i just let him do it.:thumb:

but, i believe you have to set the maft to emulate whatever size injectors you are running then use the safc to fine tune from there.

Nope, you can do that or you can do what the OP is doing and use the SAFC for all the corrections.

Keep in mind here that the OP has three different tuning options. The ECU is chipped but with unknown settings, the MAFT, and the SAFC.

It's not clear if he has both the narrowband and the wideband O2 sensors.

His low trims are pegged rich @81.12. The ECU can't pull any more fuel.
The battery voltage isn't as stable as I would expect.
The TCP setting at idle is low. It should be 10%.
The Idle speed is high at ~1500 RPM. Does the chip in the ECU have any label?

What does the logger say the coolant temp is?

Thanks for peeking in here Steve.

As far as the o2's go Im still using a narrowband for the ecu input, and attempting to tune with the lc-1.
While I was at autozone today I had a battery test ran.. turns out my 5 month old interstate is shot so thats why the low voltage.
I did notice the TPS being lower than 10% so I re-adjusted the idle switch today along with canting the GM MAF some. I read in a post here that it could sometimes cause a low reading at idle, sounded like bs to me but I tried it anyway. Surprisingly it worked a bit and was able to bring the idle down to ~1350.
The chip has the letters SST in gold and next to it in much smaller font is 27gf512 70-3c-pge 0808170-c. It looks to me like a manufacturers code not a label. The logger has the COOL around 81*C +/- 3*.
