need advice on build.

ok heres the parts that i have on my 4g63(evo3 block).
hks h beam rods
hks forged pistons
hks 272 cams
hks cam pulleys
sard 800cc injectors
1g head ported out on exh side
toda super light flywheel
70mm o.s throttle body
s.steel tubular turbo manifold
garrett a.r50 m33 turbo with t4 flange
hks wastegate 40mm
exedy race clutch plate and heavy duty preassure plate
greddy front mount intercooler
f5m311 unknown gearbox

now here are the stuff that i havent decided yet
-oversize bc valves 1mm
-hks /bc valve springs
-smim

my target is 400-450fwhp. do i need any of these above parts?

as for engine management i have an option of either haltech e6x or stock ecu with greddy emanage ultimate.

really need some input here cos i am really not sure which of the parts i shud get first.

You should have NO problem at all hitting 450 hp.
The smim isnt nessacary, the stock head will easily handle 450 hp depending on where your redline is at, and as far as tuning im not very familiar with your ecu.
