Engine build/parts need advice

It's been a long while since I've been on here and wanted to make sure my engine build would work. I'm gonna have a 6 bolt swap with a 2g head. Here's my list of parts I plan on purchasing unless noted otherwise. My cars been down awhile and ready to finish it off and go again.

1g 6 Bolt Block :
Crankshaft- stock
Connecting Rods- Manley
Pistons-(.2 over) Wiseco 1400HD 8.5:1
Bearings- ACL
Main Studs- ARP

2g Head:
Cam Gears- AEM
Camshafts- HKS 280/280
Lifters- Mitsubishi OEM revised
Rocker Arms- Evo 8/9 or Mitsubishi OEM
Valve Guides- Supertech Maganese Bronze
Valve Locks- Manley
Valve Seals- Supertech 4g63 or Evo 8/9 Supertech
Valve Springs/Retainers- Kiggly Beehive Kit
Valves- Manley
Head Studs- L19 or H11

Misc:
OEM oil seals
6 bolt adapter harness
Gates belts
Mishimoto Radiator?
FIC Fuel Rail

If you see anything that would be a problem or have a better part suggestion let me know. I want to do this build once and be done. My goal is to have somewhere around 400whp

400whp? Just go for some arp headstuds, upgraded valve springs, 272 cams, and an HX35 or 20g...

Absolutly no need for a forged bottom end at 400whp. Especially if its a 6 bolt. These engines have been known to handle 500whp on the stock bottom end for some length of time.

Put all that money spent on expensive rotating parts and over kill headstuds on supporting mods, then get a 20g or hx35 and get it tuned.

I already have all the supporting mods. The reason I'm rebuilding the engine is because the one I have in it crankwalked and messed everything up. I'm looking for at least that much hp but if I'm able to get more out of it with rebuilding it with aftermarket parts I might as well. I don't want to rebuild with just stock internals. I should have mentioned that before.
