does any know if this headers flange will fit on a Mitsubishi TD05H-EVOIII 16G-7CM.

Sure it will, the only ones that are different are T3/T4 setups. An additional way to tell is to look at the outlet of the header and the inlet of the turbine. Both are 7cm circular with a sqaure flange while a T3/T4 has a rectangular inlet and rectangular flange. Those of us who are even more familiar can simply look at the header pipe routing and know whether it's a Mitsu type or T3/T4.

Anyway, yes if it's made for the turbos you listed, it'll fit.
