I currently have a big 16g on my car right now. Soon i will be purchasing an evoIII 16g and i was just wondering if there were any changes i would have to make such as oil feed/drain lines etc. Thanks

why are you spending the money on that, rather small upgrade?? i guess i just don't understand why you're going to buy a new turbo... for like 300 rpm increase and spool, and extremely similar power output.

In conjuction with selling his previous turbo it wouldn't be that much more money plus it's more power withough have to change anything (manifold, switing to ext. gate, different intake pipe, different IC pipes)

It makes sense to me.

Yeah, I'm wondering the same thing. Did your big 16g die?

My big16 has got some mean shaft play going on. Plus, like said earlier, i dont wanna have to change anything in my set up intercooler piping wise. Im really only looking for high 12's for my car and i know with proper tuning and cams it can easily be done on an evoIII.

I don't want to steal this thread, but what about going from a small 16g to an evo 16g?

All 16G variants are the same in terms of what you need for the install. So, if you already have a small or big 16, going to an EVO III won't require anything new.

Hope that helps,

Andy
