both good power range.... 14b could be fixed to outperform the 16g but if your fix the 16g it will outperform the 14b... its up to you. what goals do you have? also the tune will tell how long your motor will last and how much power it will withstand... imo the 16g would be your best bet since you may want to go higher in the future...

The only difference between any TD05H turbo is the compressor wheel.

The term 16G in itself refers to three turbochargers....Small 16G, Big 16G, and Evo III 16G. Be more specific and we can offer more advice.

Well as of right now the car has the 16g on it, but it has minor shaft play, the 14b has no shaft play at all.

The car right now i only have a wideband, no other tuning system for the car, running a 255 fuel pump, 450cc injectors, fmic and hard piping with greddy bov, full 3in exhaust, 2g maf and 2g-1g maf adapter.

I am planning on dsmlink soon when i get christmas out of the way.

Well there are multiple different 16g's, but they all flow more then the 14b so that would be the ultimate difference.

EDIT: I see I was beat to it.

Sell the 14B, use that money to buy a rebuild kit for the 16G, then use whatever money you get for Christmas to buy DSMLink and bigger injectors.
