Is it safe to do the boost contol solenoid mod on a stock 1G?

).My previous small 16G was 49178-01520, not 05200 (although turbochargers.com has 05200 on their website as being the small 16G).

i have one more question i installed a aeromotive fuel pressure regulator when i first installe it i checked it and it was set to 38psi i thought that was ok well my i checked my car this afternoon and it was at 25ish im wondering if i was boosting 10-15psi ### of my creep the few spikes and what not i had if it would have done any damage to my motor or not i put it back up to 38 and it runs smoother

... Depending on what turbo you go with and what your goals are for power will ultimately help make your decision. If you want over 300whp you would probably want to go with 550cc/660cc injectors + maf-t/safc2 and a 16G turbo at 18psi or so. You will need a larger fuel pump, it would be nice to have a larger exhaust and a front mount intercooler. There are "upgrade stages" that you can follow on this forum to better assist.
