Max safe temperature

I've seen a lot of temperature threads, but can't seem to find an answer to this.

What is the maximum safe coolant temperature for a 1G?

I was running at about 206* at cruise, 210-211* at idle. After mounting my FMIC, temps are up to 216* and 219-223* (MMCd logger)

I'll do a flush and water wetter tomorrow, but what is the max "safe" temp?

I was woundering the same thing about my 98 n/t

when driving its around 185

at idle its around 195

please help us out thanxs

Your running a little hotter than I would like to see if it were my car at idle. I would like to see around 215. If the water wetter doesnt help, maybe try to upgrade the fans, or run them on a switch so you can kick em on when you want to.
