2G Loss of power and low idle on 95 gst 7 bolt

Car seems to be running only 1/4 of the power and very low idle. Fairly new rebuilt stock motor new cam and crank sensors also new temp sensor.

Does your coolant temperature look normal? is it starting off at ambient and moving up to normal full temperature like you should expect?
